I am trying to be more present these days, started on removing social media app on my phone and did automatic post on my Instagram to promote my blog. Checking email at the same time of the day, going to Facebook to see update once per week. It is a habit to go back to 1999- which I believe is worth it. It is not easy to be productive and tired at the same time. Being a working Mom, it is part of the routine to find a self-care moment when I can do what I want and part of it is reading. Refraining from scrolling and replacing useful, learning activities that would contribute to my personal development is very important for me. Also, meditating, keeping my eyes close, allowing my self to immerse on silence keep me on track on feeling good. My day time job can be stressful at a time, however I have learned how to deal with it for the past 4 years. On reading, this year I would to incorporate journaling about my realisation, thoughts about what I read. There are many ways to get distracted, kids, chores, social media, news around you. This time, filtering how to spend and when to spend my energy is vital. I love to focus on life, how to live my life fruitfully with wisdom. Only to focus on what is. important, but with the life culture we have now, the question is how? This is where reading will contribute a lot. I say 10 because if you are not a reader, it will be a burden for to begin the habit. Some people can read too much! I tell you per week, I can finish 2 during my pregnancy leave. I am excited share my personal selection to you, hope you will find what’s interest you.

MINIMALISM LIVE A MEANINGFUL LIFE
Guess back to square one, as one of the 2023 goal is to check all covered and drawers for useless items I am keeping. Aside from their regular podcast and becoming their patron. Joshua and Ryan became my year long conscience through the years I started eliminating trash in my life.-minimalism also thought me how to manage relationships, get of rid too many people I don’t need in my life, those who doesn’t contribute to my peace. Don’t say you don’t need help to grow. I am excited if you’ll pick this one for it will change your life as it did to mine. Minimalism: Live a Meaningful Life is our finest, most important creation to date. It’s also the best thing we’ve ever written about Minimalism and will likely serve as the cornerstone to our work for years to come. It took us a year to write this book—a year of creating the best material possible and finding ways to relate it back to our lives so you would have practical ways to relate the subject matter to your life. Chapter Themes: Do you jump out of bed every morning excited about the day in front of you? Do you live a life defined by deep meaning, endless passion, excellent health, empowering relationships, and constant growth? You can. Ultimately, the eight chapters and ninety-eight sections inside this book are meant to help you take small actions each day that will radically improve your life over a short period of time. This book’s foreword and first chapter go into vast detail on our personal backgrounds, our troubled pasts, our depression, and how we made changes that transformed our lives over two years. These chapters discuss why didn’t feel fulfilled by our careers and why we turned to our society’s idea of a meaningful life: we bought stuff, we spent too much money, and we lived paycheck to paycheck trying to purchase happiness in every trip to the shopping mall or luxurious vacation we could find. Instead of finding our passion, instead of searching for our mission, we pacified ourselves with ephemeral indulgences, inducing a crack-cocaine high that didn’t last far past the checkout line. The subsequent chapters move on the the five dimensions that comprise a meaningful life: 1. Health 2. Relationships 3. Passions 4. Growth 5. Contribution These are the things we changed in our lives that had the most impact. These changes resulted in more meaningful lives for the two of us. These five chapters discuss each of these concepts in depth, much more than our website. Throughout these chapters we consider why these areas are the most important dimensions of our lives and how minimalism allowed us to focus on these areas. We give you personal examples of how we changed everything in our lives over two year span. We left our big corporate jobs, changed our diets, started exercising regularly, got healthy, strengthened our core relationships, made great new relationships, started pursuing our passions, contributed to more people than we ever had, and found ways to be happy and content with our lives. The final chapter of this book, “The Confluence of Meaning,” binds together the five dimensions and asks the reader important questions about their life. These questions are not rhetorical, they are meant to make you think. The entire book is designed to help you actively engage in each chapter by reading the content more than once, taking notes, highlighting meaningful passages, making lists, and, most importantly, taking action.
With the world full of comments, insights and opinions, I am learning and is learning how to deal with my own judgment throughout the year. I love the book that comes with a journal, which I started to follow while reading it. Amazing on how I let go of beliefs and judgment that hold me back to live my life to the fullest. And again coming from Gabrielle of the author of the first book above SUPER ATTRACTOR, 100% recommended! Judgment—both being judged and judging others—is the core of our discomfort. While it’s powerful, judgment isn’t complicated. It’s simply the separation from oneness. The moment we see ourselves as separate we detour into a false belief system that is out of alignment with our true nature. That separation, often a reflection of our own insecurities projected onto others, keeps us feeling alienated and alone. The Judgment Detox is an interactive process that calls on spiritual principles from the text A Course in Miracles, Kundalini yoga, meditation, EFT, and metaphysical teachings, allowing us to release the beliefs that hold us back from living a better life. Gabby has demystified these principles to make them easy to apply and commit to. The six steps include: -Witness your judgment without judgment -Honor the wound -Put love on the alter -See for the first time -Cut the cords -Bring your shadows to light This step-by-step process offers a path to true healing, oneness, and a deeper connection to the universe and those around us.
THE ART OF WAR
Read this some time 2009, and going back to discipline, Sun Tzu left us all a gem, this book to be part of our guidance throughout life. Full of wisdom, hold your breath, it is moving, will make you think the battles you fought and fighting for: Is it worth it? Twenty-Five Hundred years ago, Sun Tzu wrote this classic book of military strategy based on Chinese warfare and military thought. Since that time, all levels of military have used the teaching on Sun Tzu to warfare and civilization have adapted these teachings for use in politics, business and everyday life. The Art of War is a book which should be used to gain advantage of opponents in the boardroom and battlefield alike.
We are all soldiers in this worlds, we need to survive to live or live to survive? Long considered the most essential treatise on military strategy and tactics, The Art of Warcomprises thirteen chapters, each dedicated to a different aspect of warfare. Reaching far beyond the battlefield, it is a manifesto for success in every kind of conflict or competition, having had a notable influence on various subjects such as law, sports, and interpersonal relationships.
In this definitive 1910 Lionel Giles translation, the celebrated sinologist’s interpretive notes and valuable commentary make clear the nuances of Sun Tzu’s language. Most critical, Giles provides the context and culture from which the general’s theories emerged.

THE POWER OF NOW
I knew he is something, during the time I am weighing down religion and my real relationship with the Creator. Eckhart Toll, opened the light for me. To make the journey into the Now we will need to leave our analytical mind and its false created self, the ego, behind. From the very first page of Eckhart Tolle’s extraordinary book, we move rapidly into a significantly higher altitude where we breathe a lighter air. We become connected to the indestructible essence of our Being, “The eternal, ever present One Life beyond the myriad forms of life that are subject to birth and death.” Although the journey is challenging, Eckhart Tolle uses simple language and an easy question-and-answer format to guide us. A word-of-mouth phenomenon since its first publication, The Power of Now is one of those rare books with the power to create an experience in readers, one that can radically change their lives for the better.
The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life
Hugging myself when I care too much to people and them not. I continue to be caring in a wrong way that I let myself suffer for years. After reading this book, think about yourself and what matters for you. Have I always reached out to friends, family to keep everything nice and sweet, well its the end of the rope for them. I flew high with my kids and husband only caring for US, for all time sake.
In this generation-defining self-help guide, a superstar blogger cuts through the crap to show us how to stop trying to be “positive” all the time so that we can truly become better, happier people. For decades, we’ve been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. “F**k positivity,” Mark Manson says. “Let’s be honest, shit is f**ked and we have to live with it.” In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn’t sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is—a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F**k is his antidote to the coddling, let’s-all-feel-good mindset that has infected American society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up. Manson makes the argument, backed both by academic research and well-timed poop jokes, that improving our lives hinges not on our ability to turn lemons into lemonade, but on learning to stomach lemons better. Human beings are flawed and limited—”not everybody can be extraordinary, there are winners and losers in society, and some of it is not fair or your fault.” Manson advises us to get to know our limitations and accept them. Once we embrace our fears, faults, and uncertainties, once we stop running and avoiding and start confronting painful truths, we can begin to find the courage, perseverance, honesty, responsibility, curiosity, and forgiveness we seek. There are only so many things we can give a f**k about so we need to figure out which ones really matter, Manson makes clear. While money is nice, caring about what you do with your life is better, because true wealth is about experience. A much-needed grab-you-by-the-shoulders-and-look-you-in-the-eye moment of real-talk, filled with entertaining stories and profane, ruthless humor, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F**k is a refreshing slap for a generation to help them lead contented, grounded lives.
When I have little time, I listen to podcast too, along the way in the train every morning. Above books, I also have my favourite podcast to share with you and hope you can find something not only that interest you, but also that will contribute to your entire well-being as a human!
I enjoyed collating all the books I mentioned above, even thrilled to read them again to be honest! Some books I am reading, are drama like tone of Tuesday with Morris, but I choke all the time to cry. I only have series of books in drama or fiction as I am taken by the scene and situations. Believe me books makes me dream about the stories, what it talks about and all. Many years ago, I became fond of reading because of my parents, during summer time they will always give me books ahead of my year to read in advance, then school start becomes boring. I learned that it is not about what you know, you kept on your own because you read, to know and get ahead of the others. It is finally what you read to understand others, and share what you learned from the book. Academically, my daughter Laia loves reading now, I do hope she will be same bookworm or podcast lady when she grew up. Whatever the next generation would invent personal development medium it would be. Enjoy and learn towards reading, be teachable and educate others with humility.
